I understand that I can be asked to leave and will forfeit my booth fee if I fail to comply with any of the terms set forth in this vendor agreement. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify all entities associated with NEPAL FEST 2023 Fest from any and all demands, expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions, and causes of actions of any and every kind and nature arising, or growing out of, or in any way connected with, my participation and the actions of my employees and agents in NEPAL FEST 2023 Fest.
